8. Payments and Refunds

If you have registered to receive or purchase goods and services from iAscend through this website, you are required to provide all requested personal and account/payment information to ensure payment. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to furnish account and debit information for electronic payments on your account. iAscend does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties offering goods or services on the website.

b. Services are paid for in advance. Once you receive service, no refund will be made for that service. If you are dissatisfied in any way with a coaching session or service that is provided by iAscend, iAscend will make every attempt to satisfy the client and will refund payment for any unused coaching session if customer satisfaction is not attained. iAscend must be informed within 14 days of clients dissatisfaction.

9. General provisions relating to this Agreement

The terms set forth above constitute the entire agreement between iAscend and you with respect to your use of this website, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and supersede all other Agreements, statements or understandings. Any legal claim you may have against iAscend with respect to your use of this website must be commenced within one year after the claim arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement to be unenforceable, that provision, as well as the remainder of the agreement, shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to carry out the intent of this Agreement.
